Hotel Policies - Inn at Haystack Rock
Cancellation Policy:
- One night's stay will be charged 72 hours in advance. The remainder of the stay will be charged on the morning of arrival. If you cancel after the 72 hour window, or no-show, you will still be charged for the first night. There are no refunds for checking out early.
Smoking Policy:
- This is a smoke-free facility.
- No smoking or vaping in the hotel or within 10 feet of hotel.
If anyone is found to be violating this rule, they will be immediately ejected from the premises. If we discover a guest has smoked in their room, there will be a fine of $250 charged.
No Pets:
- As of January, 1st, 2024, new reservations cannot bring pets. Service animals (dogs) are welcome. See the Pet Policy here. (link). Our sister hotels accept pets in Seaside, Oregon.
Security Deposit:
- All guests will have a $100 security deposit held on their account in case of damages to the room. This will be returned after the stay if no damages have incurred.
