Hotel Policies - Inn at Haystack Rock
Booking & Cancellation Policy for April 1st and on:
*Bookings made previously will still be attached to the old policies*
- Payment: All reservations require full payment at the time of booking to secure your stay.
- Cancellations: Plans change—we understand. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. - No-Shows & Early Departures: No-shows and early departures are non-refundable and will be charged for the full stay.
Smoking Policy:
- This is a smoke-free facility.
- No smoking or vaping in the hotel or within 10 feet of hotel.
If anyone is found to be violating this rule, they will be immediately ejected from the premises. If we discover a guest has smoked in their room, there will be a fine of $250 charged.
No Pets:
- As of January, 1st, 2024, new reservations cannot bring pets. Service animals (dogs) are welcome. See the Pet Policy here. Our sister hotels accept pets in Seaside, Oregon.
Security Deposit:
- A $100 incidental deposit will be charged to all guests’ cards upon arrival as a damage deposit. This amount will be released upon departure, provided no damages or incidents have occurred.
- If damages or incidents are found during your stay, the $100 deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, a minimum penalty equivalent to one night's stay may be charged to cover the cost of damages. If damages exceed this amount, further charges may apply.
